Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites and services offered by Magratech Inc, doing business as Propelient (“Propelient,” “we,” “us”). By requesting a free AI Visibility Check, creating an account, or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Propelient is an informational visibility tracking and advisory service. We measure how third-party AI assistants and search services describe your business, benchmark those results against competitors you identify or that appear in the answers, and provide reports and recommendations. Some plans include additional tools such as content generation.

No guarantees of outcomes

AI engines are operated by third parties. Their outputs change without notice and are entirely outside our control. We do not guarantee any ranking, placement, mention, score, sentiment, traffic, lead volume, or revenue outcome. Reports reflect what the engines said at the time we asked; results may differ when the same questions are asked at other times, in other places, or with other phrasings.

Not professional advice

Our reports and recommendations are marketing information, not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Content generation tools produce drafts that you are responsible for reviewing for accuracy and compliance with the rules of your own industry before publishing.

Accounts and acceptable use

• You must provide accurate information about your business and be authorized to act for it.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You may not misuse the service, attempt to access other customers' data, or use it to measure a business you do not represent without authorization.
• One free AI Visibility Check is offered per business.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed as recurring subscriptions through Stripe at the price shown at signup. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals, and your plan remains active through the end of the period already paid. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change plan pricing with notice before your next renewal.

Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the service, its software, and its report formats. You own your business information, and you may use the reports and generated content we deliver to you for your own business purposes.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Propelient will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) survive.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the date above, and continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
