This Privacy Policy describes how Magratech Inc, doing business as Propelient (“Propelient,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit propelient.com or propelient.ai, request a free AI Visibility Check, or subscribe to our services.

Information we collect

• Information you provide: your name, business name, business website, city and state, email address, phone number, and payment details when you subscribe. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Business visibility data: publicly available information about how AI assistants and search services describe your business and its competitors. This is public information gathered on your behalf as part of the service.
• Usage information: standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used for security (for example, rate limiting) and to operate the site.

We do not collect, store, or process patient health records or any personal health information. Our service measures the public visibility of businesses, not information about their customers or patients.

How we use information

• To provide the service: generating visibility reports, tracking results over time, and delivering them to you.
• To communicate with you about your account, reports, and service updates.
• To process subscription payments through Stripe.
• To protect the service against abuse and fraud.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

Service providers

We use a small number of service providers to operate: payment processing (Stripe), email delivery (Resend), website hosting, and the AI engines we query to measure visibility (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, and Google). Queries sent to AI engines describe the type of business and location being measured; they are the same kinds of questions any member of the public could ask.

Cookies

We use only the cookies necessary to operate the service, such as session cookies that keep subscribers signed in to their dashboard. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Data retention and deletion

We keep account information for as long as you have an account, and report history for as long as needed to show your trends over time. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information at any time by emailing us; we will honor verified requests within 30 days except where we must retain records for legal or accounting purposes.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@magratech.com. We respond to all verified requests.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the date above, and continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
